Renowned Montauk fishing guide Brendan McCarthy’s son is Ian is hiking the Pacific Crest Trail this spring 3000 miles straight-thru from BC to Baja. The trip is over 3000 miles. this is a bit further than his 2300 miles Apalachian Trial hike in 2009. He will be filming a documentary and is looking for backers through the website Kickstart.
